Squat clean or odd object clean or dumbbells

Double under or backward single unders 

Deadlift or odd object deadlift or dumbbells

Box jump or step ups 

*begin each round with a 50 meter bear crawl

*This is 84 reps of each movement. Please choose your weights wisely and reduce reps if necessary*
