1600-800-600-400-200 meter runs

50-40-30-20-10 squats

10-10-10-10-10 handstand push-ups

Sub: run/walk 10 mins, 8 mins, 6 mins, 4 mins, 2 mins

Sub handstands: volcano pushups or regular pushups off toes/knees
