20 lateral hops 


“Air Force”

Start the workout with 4 burpees. Every minute on the minute complete 4 burpees. 

20 thrusters (bar or DB’s)

20 sumo deadlift high pulls (bar or KB)

20 Push jerk (bar or DB’s)

20 Over head squats  (bar or DB’s)

20 Front squats  (bar or DB’s)


After party

5 rounds 

10 deadlifts 

10 good mornings
